Lauren has been performing since she was a little girl, in church choirs, school and community theater shows. She fell in love with musical theater and started to study voice professionally at age 13. She majored in Musical Theater with a minor in dance at Illinois Wesleyan University, and graduated with honors. Starting with summerstock productions all over the country, and tours in England and Europe, then starring in regional theater productions and cruise ships, Lauren moved on to New York productions and tours. click here for resume
She now calls New Jersey home, and has opened her own voice studio there. She currently performs with bands, solo acoustic sets and in musical theater productions. She enjoys entertaining audiences in a show, a band or as a solo performer.
Lauren loves to perform, but is a gifted teacher as well. Some of her students are amateurs, others are professionals with successful recording and stage careers. Lauren tailors her teaching to each individual student, using her techniques to enhance their own style. click here for testimonials
